Get Your Quote
Simple designs: we send an estimated price right away.
Complex designs: we sign an NDA first, then charge a small design fee before we begin.
We Make Your Sample
We produce a real physical sample and ship it to you. Sample fee is collected at this stage. You can see and touch it before committing to anything.
Review & Approve
Check the sample. Ask for changes. We revise until you are fully satisfied — no rush.
Confirm & Sign
Once the sample is approved, we provide the final unit price and mold cost. You sign the contract and pay the mold fee plus a production deposit.
Production & Delivery
We produce a pre-production sample first, then move to mass production after your final sign-off. Your order ships on the confirmed timeline.
Traditional or Modern — We Make It
We will quickly realise your customized ideas into incense burner prototypes and carefully adjust them based on your feedback.
